Refund Policy

In the event that you are unable to attend the event you registered for, we will be happy to offer you an event credit to be applied to any event in a 1 year time period.

If you wish to cancel your registration and receive this credit, you must contact us via email and receive a confirmation from us. Email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to cancel. Please include your name, phone number, address, and USAT # (if annual member). We will email you a confirmation of cancellation. Please keep this email as a record until you register for your next event.

Criteria for Cancellation:

  1. 1. Non-medical: You must notify Tri DNA Multisport 30 days before the event to receive a 50% credit towards a future event. This credit covers the entry fee itself, not USAT fees or online processing fees.
  2. Medical: In the event of an injury or uncontrollable medical condition that arises, you must notify Tri DNA Multisport with a letter from your doctor a minimum of 14 days before the event to receive a 50% credit towards a future event. This credit covers the entry fee itself, not USAT fees or online processing fees.
  3. Extenuating Circumstances: If you have a “major” incident or other special circumstances that will not permit you to race and it is within 14 days of the event, we will consider your special case. Please notify us via email in detail of extenuating circumstances. All cases will be considered on an individual basis. Please allow us 7 days to respond.
